Trine Bjerke Rønning (born 14 June 1982 in Trondheim) is a Norwegian football player. She made her debut on the Norway women's national football team in 1999 and has played many seasons for the national team, becoming vice-captain in 2009. She's married to fellow national team colleague, Kristin Blystad Bjerke,[1] and the sister of Bodø/Glimt player Thomas Rønning.

In 2001 with Norway she won silver in second place in the Under-18 European Cup championship.

She played on the Norway team that won silver in the UEFA Women's Euro 2005 in England and finished fourth at the 2007 FIFA Women's World Cup in China.[2]

Norway also reached the quarter-finals of the Beijing Olympics in 2008 with Rønning as a leading member of the squad.

Rønning won the Norwegian elite Toppserien league five times with three different clubs. First with Trondheims-Ørn SK in 2000 and in 2001, then with Kolbotn in 2005 and in 2006 and again with Stabæk FK in 2010. She won the national Royal Cup competition in 1998 (as a 16-year-old), 1999, 2001 and 2002 with Trondheims-Ørn, and as the captain of Kolbotn in 2007.

After captaining Kolbotn through the 2007 and 2008 seasons Rønning joined the newly formed team Stabæk FK in early 2009.

On 4 September 2009 Rønning played her 100th game for Norway in their quarter-final win over arch-rival Sweden by 3-1 in the UEFA Women's Euro 2009.
